If you experience an issue with an order, we encourage you to first contact the seller. If the matter is not resolved, JamBuy support is available to assist in reviewing the situation and guiding the next steps in accordance with our policies.

For Sellers
Sellers receive payments through JamBuy’s integrated payment system. Payouts are processed according to the platform’s payout schedule and payment provider terms, ensuring secure and transparent transactions.
Sellers may list a wide range of physical products, provided they comply with JamBuy’s marketplace policies and local laws. Prohibited or restricted items are not permitted on the platform.
No. JamBuy welcomes both registered businesses and individual sellers. However, sellers are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws or tax obligations related to their sales.
Seller applications are typically reviewed within a short timeframe. Approval times may vary depending on the information provided and current application volume. Sellers will be notified once their account has been reviewed.
JamBuy charges a commission on each completed sale. Current commission rates and available seller plans are outlined on the Seller Fees page.
